Participation

You have ideal candidates who would be a good fit to be featured in your case study. I help you approach them and secure a ‘yes’, with email templates you can tweak. As soon as they agree to participate, I take the reins.

Brief

I provide a creative brief, where you give your side of the story—customer information, what their challenges were, how they use your solution, and business impact you want the story to focus on.

Research & interview

Before the customer interview, I use the completed brief to prepare a list of tailored questions. I schedule your customer for a quick interview on Google Meet (30 minutes or less) and send them the questions in advance.

Case study writing

Based on the interview transcript, I write the first draft of the case study in a Google Doc, polished and complete with powerful quotes and details. Then I send it to your customer for edits and approval.

Approval

I manage the entire approval process, first with your customer and then you. Both you and your customer are free to ask for any changes, tweaks, or revisions, to ensure everyone is thrilled with the story and how it's presented.

Launch
